Mr S.Prasham is the key partner in APSCON Infratech. He is a dynamic personality with extreme interest in construction. He is a thorough academic having completed his MPhil in international relations from JNU, MA in International relations from JNU, MA in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University and B.A (H) Economics from Hansraj College, Delhi University. He is presently pursuing his PhD in National Security from JNU. He pivoted from his job as an Assistant Professor into Real Estate because he aspires to provide better living conditions to individuals like himself and is motivated by economic advantages of return on investment in the real estate sector. He wants to change the perception people who believe that construction is a market of unprofessional individuals wanting to make a quick buck off real estate. The attention to detail and founding principles of APSCON have been carefully crafted and practiced by Mr. Prasham.  He is the youth that inspires a new generation of thought and changes necessary for contemporary living.
