Established in July 2024 APSCON Infratech is FOR-PROFIT partnership firm registered in Uttarakhand and working particularly in Haldwani Tehsil of the Nainital district. We have started off as a residential infrastructure development firm in urban spaces of Haldwani.

APSCON Infratech is founded with a vision of being the best residential infrastructure firm in Haldwani. That we build with transparency and a holistic goal. The “tagline” of APSCON – “Begin with an holistic end in mind” is the edifice on which we build our work ethic. We work on holistic development of living spaces. We are presently doing residential homes in noted areas of Haldwani and hence take exterior ecosystem (already developed by municipality and private real estate developers) as a given pre-condition and improve the ‘built-home’ and locality interface to suit a comfortable living. In future, we envision to develop a well-functioning township on above guiding points and expand beyond the geographical frontiers of Nainital district. APSCON houses a skilled, energetic and dedicated workforce that professionally builds homes that are robust, ergonomically designed, architecturally approved and beautifully designed.

Our mission is to provide carbon-neutral homes at the best possible price point. We want any person thinking of buying his home to feel safe, check facts transparently and be able to trust us as a builder. We want to build a legacy by providing the best possible home to buyer who is a working professional and does not have time to deal with hassles dealing with contractors. We, at APSCON, take personal care and effort to build homes so that our target audience, the working professional can concentrate on their profession to make the society a better and wholesome place to live.
Sustainability Practices
All projects of APSCON are fitted with Solar power to give a carbon neutral living experience. APSCON Villa Project 1 has 5kW three phase solar power with separate earthing to deal with minimal electricity bill. We at APSCON are conscious of our environment and the needs for a sustainable future. Water storage tanks are built while keeping in mind increasing reduction in water supply and hours by the authorities. Each house also comes with its own street light pole giving private provisioning of this public amenity. All projects are well lighted to enhance a sense of security and improve aesthetic appeal.
